Description of Services:	Facilitates access to psychiatry and psychology services for children and adults involved with Dilico's mental health and addictions services Acts as a host site for the Tele-Link Mental Health Program at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto Offers individual counselling for children, youth and adults, either in-home or in the community Provides concurrent support and education for parents and guardians Services can include: Assessment and diagnosis Direct client consultation Intervention and parent/school-based strategies Treatment recommendations Follow-up services Assistance with referral forms Referrals to Clinical Associate

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Indigenous individuals and families of any age living within Dilico jurisdiction, and children in Dilico care and their caregivers
