  • Offers personal counselling, mental health screenings, career exploration, advisement and academic dispute resolution
  • Provides in-person consultations, e-counselling, and counselling via video
  • Offers referrals to other college services or community resources if required
    • Personal counselling provides students with a safe and confidential place to get help and support with various issues, including:
    • Crisis situations
    • Depression or anxiety
    • Gender identity
    • Grief and loss
    • Interpersonal conflicts
    • Mental health issues
    • Money problems
    • Stress
    • Suicide
    • Trauma
