Responsible for the administration of the Corporate Tax, Personal Income Tax and Employer Health Tax, as well as the Race Tracks Tax Act

Initiates and conducts collection activity to recover tax from delinquent vendors and taxpayers * audits vendors, agents and taxpayers to ensure taxes are remitted when due
 
Credits, Benefits and Incentives Administers the tax credit and grant programs seniors, women, students, children and people with disabilities
