Description of Services:	Offers the Take Control cessation program to assist individuals in quitting tobacco use Provides confidential, one-on-one counselling as well as an individualized quit plan Conducts education and awareness campaigns to reduce tobacco use and exposure to second hand smoke Offers cessation programs for young adults that includes personalized support and quitting resources Smoking Treatment for Ontario Patients (STOP) Program - STOP on the Net Program Runs educational workshops that offer smoking cessation treatment and counselling to individuals who wish to quit smoking Provides a 4 week course of nicotine patches
