Description of Services: By law, children who attend primary or secondary school in Ontario must be immunized against these diseases:
  • Measles
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Diphtheria
  • Tetanus
  • Polio Pertussis(whooping cough)
  • Meningococcal disease
  • Varicella (chicken pox) for students born on or after January 1, 2010

Every time your child gets immunized you need to report it to the Region of Peel - Public Health. This is required to register for school or child care. Doctors do not report immunizations
