Description of Services: Personal emergency response service allows individuals to live in their home as long as possible while feeling safe and secure and to call for assistance at the press of a medical help button * optional auto fall detection pendant also available
  • offers an emergency response button that can be worn on the wrist or neck with optional auto fall detection pendant
  • provides contact with certified professional call taker when button is activated, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • assesses weather individual needs professional help, friends or family and sends the appropriate help
  • home phone line not required


Mobile GPS products:
  • 4G/LTE mobile Personal Help Button with 2-way voice and built in GPS location services - works anywhere in Canada
  • helpline GPS Watch (lockable on the wrist) with geo-fence capabilities for those with dementia or who wander


Installation Options:
  • installation completed by a technician who comes to the home, sets up the system and demonstrates its use
  • optional self installation
  • bilingual operators always available
  • no long term contracts or cancellation fees on all products
