Group exercise and falls prevention classes for older adults and people with mobility issues and chronic conditions * aims to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls Yoga, line dancing, urban pole walking and a walking club available Classes are instructed by volunteers and staff trained in Seniors fitness Instructor Course through the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging and the VON SMART® (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) program There are three levels of classes: Level One
