Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness * bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close Bereavement Services - Offers emotional, physical, spiritual and practical support to each family member dealing with illness, death and bereavement. Hospice programs offer both group settings as well as one-to-one support, both in-person and virtual. All Hospice programs are offered by self-referral and are free of charge. Services include:
Palliative Care Community Team - provides compassionate care to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs; offers comfort, dignity, and guidance during difficult times |
