Provides various immunizations and vaccines, including:
  • Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Acellular Pertussis

  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)

  • Seasonal flu shot
Requirements
Fees: None - Many immunizations are publicly funded by the Ontario Government; other vaccines are provided at cost

  • Individuals requiring immunizations

  • School-aged children who require vaccines under the Immunization of School Pupils Act for school attendance

  • Individuals under the age of 16 must have either signed or verbal parental consent
