Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Medically stable adults 18 years and older who have had a recent neurological event that required a hospital visit or admission, such as a stroke, traumatic and non-traumatic acquired brain injury, brain tumour, or similar central neurological event
Application: Specialist referral required
