Description of Services:	Assists member communities with Native membership, registration forms and processes Informs community leadership of current and evolving Indian status changes and issues, including documents required for US border crossing Hosts birth certificate clinics free of charge for low/no income individuals Provides forms and information links to websites for: Birth certificates and related documents Death certificates Divorce Indian registration Marriage licenses and certificates Secure Certificate of Indian Status (CIS) Status card renewals

Application:	Services are accessed at a local level (Band Office) and accessed through direct communication with Matawa First Nations Management
