Description des services:	Provides a walk-in counselling clinic on a first come-first served basis for individuals 16 years of age and older Works with the Children's Centre Thunder Bay and Thunder Bay Counselling to provide the clinic Services available: immediate mental health support information about community referrals for mental health, CMHA programs and referrals, addictions/harm reduction, housing, employment and financial supports as needed Counselling services may include: anxiety depression difficult life situations family conflict grief and loss parenting issues social isolation student/school stress work-related stress Counselling is available via telephone or in-person
