Cancer Care team, consisting of dietician, drug access facilitator, general practitioner of oncology, hematologists, medical and radiation oncologists, nurse navigator, social worker, specialized oncology nurses and specialized oncology pharmacist and technicians, provide an inter-professional approach to the assessment, treatment, follow up and support of cancer patients and their families * cancers treated include:

Also offers Cancer Symptom Management Clinic, an outreach program to support those living with a diagnosis of cancer and their families * priority given to the assessment and management of physical symptoms such as pain, nausea and vomiting or treatment side effects * Call 705 743 2121 ext 2323 for an appointment * physician referral required |
