Description of Services:	Provides healthcare services for all members within the nine Matawa First Nations, both on and off reserve Works in Partnership with Matawa Health and Social Meno Biimadewswin and several other organizations, agencies and institutions affiliated with First Nations that provide health care and related programming Offers a Walk-in Clinic at the Algoma St location in Thunder Bay, and Health Care Providers also travel to the Matawa Communities to ensure patients receive the care they require Provides physician, nursing, mental health, dietitian services, both in person and virtually: Primary care Chronic disease support Community Health Diabetes support Education programs Elder support Foot Care Immunization/Vaccinations Mental health Nutrition programs Public Health Traditional Healing Youth Services Walk In Clinic Provides immediate care for non-emergency and uncomplicated situations, with a range of services similar to those provided by a primary care physician's office
