Description of Services:
  • Helps youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder transition into their teen years and high school
  • Provides individual and family treatment that may include counselling, skill development, advocacy, support, and education
  • Maintains regular contact with the family and the school to facilitate the treatment and transition process
  • Supports parents by helping them better understand their child's diagnosis, how to parent more effectively, and to advocate for their child

    Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Youth 11-17 years of age who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and are experiencing mental health difficulties that are affecting family and school life
