Program: COMPASS Elementary Program
Organization: Lynwood Charlton Centre (LCC)
Description of Services: Treatment and educational service for children with serious emotional, social, mental health or behavioural challenges that are affecting their ability to function at school * services include:
  • individual emotional strategies
  • clinical support
  • dedicated social worker
  • pre-discharge and post-discharge/transitional follow ups
  • active staff coaching and participation
  • access to an array of clinical resources (psychiatric nurse practitioner, occupational therapist, FASB consultant, clinical assessments and measures, and a complex needs consultant)

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Students 6-17 years who are experiencing problems that are affecting their success at school
Application: Referrals are made by contacting Access and System Navigation (ASN)
