Program: HOPE Centre - HOPE Transitional House

Description of Services: Provides a supportive, temporary home to help individuals build stability and transition to independent living
  • Residents can stay up to one year, while working with a Housing and Homelessness Navigator to create and achieve individual goals
  • Individuals are encouraged to maintain employment, attend school or participate in treatment while residing at the home
  • Staff support varies, based on individual needs and goals
  • Individuals pay a daily rate based on income
  • Home is not supervised 24 hours per day

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Individuals 18 years of age and older, substance free and willing to participate in HOPE Transitional Housing programs
Application: Self or agency referral; referral form can be accessed on the District of Rainy River Services Board website
