Description of Services: Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people who may be less mobile, have memory loss or other challenges, but want to be more active * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * services offered:
  • variety of daily programs including games, crafts and music
  • mid-day hot meal
  • foot care
  • chair exercises
  • memory programs
  • income tax
  • blood pressure
  • transportation
Requirements
Fees: $15 per day for program * a full hot meal and OSCC transportation prices individually
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults aged 55 and older and adults with disabilities
