Description of Services:	Helps youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder transition into their teen years and high school Provides individual and family treatment that may include counselling, skill development, advocacy, support, and education Maintains regular contact with the family and the school to facilitate the treatment and transition process Supports parents by helping them better understand their child's diagnosis, how to parent more effectively, and to advocate for their child

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Youth 11-17 years of age who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and are experiencing mental health difficulties that are affecting family and school life
